Description: Four years ago, a group of students and lecturers at Australia's University of Newcastle formed the Graphic Novel Collective (GNC), a club for creative people who shared an interest in visual storytelling. This is the second volume of Scribble, featuring short comics (the longest is 20 pages) by seven vastly different writers/artists. Whereas the first issue of Scribble contained stories which catered purely to the artists' whims, Volume 2 is themed 'gardens and natural environment'. The broad range of stories covers multiple genres and diverges widely in art style, as the seven featured artists produce their own interpretations of what a garden is.
